Superfood Energy Truffles Recipe

Do you sometimes struggle to get your greens in every day? These truffles use Kiki Health Nature’s Living Superfood, which is full of 32 cold pressed vegetables, algaes, enzymes and bacteria cultures to give you a nutrient boost and support digestion, immune as well as the blood, liver and kidneys. Sounds like it wouldn’t taste the best, but it actually has a pleasant, subtle flavour, meaning it’s super easy to add to bliss balls, smoothies and juices.

These truffles are perfect for keeping in the fridge for when you’re feeling particularly snack-ish, or for taking to work as a tasty treat between meals.

Main Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup flaxseeds
  • 3/4 cup dried figs, soaked in boiling water to soften
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp Kiki Health Nature’s Living Superfood
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt


In a blender, blend flaxseeds first to create a powder. Add all of the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Shape into balls and pop into the fridge until firm.
