with KIKI HEALTH Alkaline Infusion Powder

Serves 4, Prep Time 5 minutes

This refreshing non-alcoholic Mojito Mocktail recipe is ideal for summer or as a fancy (and healthy) alternative to soft drinks for a BBQ or dinner party. We’ve boosted the nutrition of this one with the Kiki Health Alkaline Infusion Powder to give your skin, hair and energy a boost. This supplement is high in Vitamin C, Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium and has a sweet citrus flavour – perfect for juices and healthy soda drinks.

Main Ingredients:

  • 8 to 12 strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 limes
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoons of Kiki Health Alkaline Infusion Powder
  • 1 litre of soda or sparkling water
  • 2 trays of ice
  • 2 tbsp of raw or coconut sugar (if desired)

Instructions

In a pitcher or large jug, add one lime (washed and cut into wedges) half the mint leaves and half the strawberries. Lightly muddle the fruit to release the flavour and juices. If you are including sugar, dissolve this in half a cup of hot water (leave to cool), then add to the mixture. Add your Kiki Health Alkaline Infusion Powder, mix, then add ice, soda water and pour. Garnish with the remaining mint leaves, lime wedges and strawberries. Serve and enjoy.
