Fermented Mango Vegan Ice Cream

with KIKI HEALTH Alkaline Infusion Powder

Serves 2 – 4

This sweet sorbet-like mango ice cream tastes far too good to be healthy, but somehow it is. We’ve used the Kiki Health Alkaline Infusion powder for a citrus kick, but also for its benefits from Vitamin C (from lemon-juice and Acerola cherry), Inulin, Potassium and Calcium. This “beauty elixir” is 100% natural and helps balance pH, fights free radicals, reduces fatigue, supports hair and nail growth and boosts energy. You’ll also be taking advantage of the healthy properties of apple cider vinegar, which has been shown to improve digestive and skin health (and we promise you can’t taste it – for those of you who don’t love the flavour!).

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until super smooth. Take out 10 – 20mins before serving.

Best eaten fresh but this delicious mango ice cream can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
